The lake has been fishing very well for bass in April. Most anglers are heading up one of the forks and targeting sub 30 foot water for good spotted bass and the occasional small mouth. Largemouth are around too but tend to be in more wood, than rock.

Open since 2014, Sportsman’s Warehouse in Rancho Cordova, CA is near Folsom Lake, American River, El Dorado National Forest, and Tahoe National Forest. National gunsmithing services are now available! If you like hunting, we’re here to get you all set up with everything you need.
